ExpandOS™ Internal Packaging Solutions is a Colorado company created to develop and provide innovative packaging solutions to revolutionize the packaging and shipping industries. Building on more than 80 years of experience in packaging, distribution and shipping, ExpandOS™ has developed the “next generation” Tight-Fill packaging system. ExpandOS™ began operations in June of 2003 and plans to introduce this new, patented, internal protective packaging system, The Expander™ and ExpandOS™ (Expand On Site) in Early 2004.

ExpandOS™ was created to focus on the customer and their need to reduce total packaging cost while still getting the product to its destination intact. Using our proprietary analytical tool, we will thoroughly demonstrate to each customer how The ExpandOS™ Solution will help reduce both direct and indirect packaging costs and assure the safe arrival of their product. We are partnering with national & international distributors to reach the broadest cross section of customers in need of our Tight-Fill solution.

The U.S. market for this internal packaging solution was estimated, in year 2000, at $5.4 Billion annually. The market is currently supplied by a handful of large companies who offer other types of solutions. No other company offers a total solution like ExpandOS™.
